Okay, at times you may wanna delete the history of your Run Dialog Box. Is it possible? Certainly Yes. Because of the developers and Microsoft's MVPs who share their tweaks in Windows life is made easier.
It's so simple to clear the Things in the Run dialog Box, this can be done by clearing the Temp, %temp% folders, or by clearing the History of the intertnet explorer, or by using simple cleaners like Ccleaner. But what if you wanna delete only the selected commands from the MRU list. Here is how you do it.

1---> Launch the Registry Editor (Regedit.exe).

START -> RUN -> "regedit"

2---> Navigate to the Key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\RunMRU.

3---> So there you are, now you see the list of URLs of the commands that you have recently typed in. ( since there are only names from a t0 z , i deem that only 26 items can be stored, i tried tracing them , i mean the order that it gets overwritten but idont have that time to see each and every key there. ) But remember only 26 Run commands are stored at a time.

4---> select the command that has been annoyin you by poppin up and delete it.

Voila!

Immediately open a new Run dialog box and check it out, you wond get that. However most of the Windows profesionals has recommended to log off and login back to see the changes, but i say that you can do that if you dont have any critical task running on your computer at that point of time.

Alternatively there are more ways to do this, but to delete them by selection, this is the only way. Thank you !

Okay This is all about the new Reliance Net Connect BroadBand Plus.I just got the device day before Yesterday and my account was activated this morning. Man, this is Like WOW, Amazing !! You gotta feel it.Right Now i live at Chennai (Gowrivakkam) .I paid Rs.3500(this is tax excempted). Of course the Reliance representatives gave me no invoice or receipt of my payment( i was little scared, :) )
I tried Artel Fixedline, i even paid them, however am waitin for a refind from them since they told me that there was no feasibility in our area. I still remember a guy named Babu standing in front of my office gate at scorching sun looking for someone who will give an ear to him. when i was goin to have my food, i stopped at him when i saw the word 3.1Mbps reliance EVDO card (written in a black pen) over the normal Reliance Net connect pamphlet(or an advfertising paper). He told me that it was gonna be released in coule of days. i was wondering at that time whether in India we will have somethin strange at this speed. He contacted me two days then and asked an appointment for a demo. At that time, since i payed Airtel, i told him " am not interested". Later a week when Airtel fucked me up, i contacted the number and some one picked up, finally it took three days for those reliance representatives to give me a demo (that was because i said that i will be available at home only after 22.00 hours) .

I remember , Monday morning(30 Mar, 09) i had a chance to have that device for 15 mins. I chekced with a couple of speed diagnosing websites, that was brilliant, i got an average of 500Kbps( approx 60KBps). Filled up a form right away and the next day i payed the sum of Rs.3500/- (without any receipt, as i told you already) and got the device the next day. Seriouslr, I never expected this kind of speed from the device. And am new to these USB modems, i was stating at the network properties of the device first. I had some issues with my address proof, and it took two days for those guys to get my account activated. Yeah !! am connected to the world now !

Here are some facts that you should know before you pay for the device.

You first plug the device in the USB port and it would prompt you to install the modem drivers and the Net Connect Software.
I dont remember it took approximately a minute or less. Initially you have to punch in the UserId( which is an unique 10 digit number) and a password. I still donot know how to change my password.

Then you click on connect, it would authenticate your User ID and then you would get the message "Connected to Internet". Immediately the windows ballon would appear displayin "Conected 3.1 MBps" (like when you get connected using the normal Ethernet, you get connected at 100MBps). Then after that it would fork up an internet explorer connecing to www.rcom.co.in . Thats it.

The Ip address which you get is a direct IP ( i mean that you are not behind any proxy, your IP is absolute IP for the internet).
Normally you will have a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, if you have a Proxy server before your computer. Rather here the subnet mask is 255.255.255.255. I havenot tried any static IP yet. TRy "ipconfig" on command prompt the IP you get is the same IP which any internet IP tracer would show. Typically ther is a risk with this too. Sometime back i had my avast network shield blocking up a DCOM exploit from some IP. Please make sure that you have a good security on your computer, else the risk factor of getting hacked is ample.

This Reliance Net connect deserves what it takes to pay Rs.1099 (RS.1250 incl of tax).

Bitter thing is that they still dont have any mechanism to monitor the usage. The customer care people told that they are working on it. I dont know when they will be done.

Another sour is that they have a fairusage policy which is Just 10 GB. So, watch your steps folks before you start a download.Night unlimited usage plan is not rolled out yet.

Editing the Windows Assembly (GAC) View / c:\Windows\assembly normal view / attrib.exe command line tool / change GAC folder view/

Okay, now for some reasons, i decided to change the view of the Windows Assembly folder located at c:\Windows\assembly (or) %windows%\assembly (or) %systemroot%\assembly.
Also called as the Global Assembly Cache(GAC).
Normally it looks like this.
But i wanted to view this way
What do i get by doin this?? Definitely i dont know, here is what i ascertained.
I had known about "attrib" command, i had known that various files/namespaces used by the Dot Net framework, can be explored in a tre directory structure.
After some research, i learned some information about the desktop.ini file and the relation of the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fusion in the folder view if a directory.

Precisely, to toggle the view from the regular assembly view to the normal folder view, follow the steps,

Method 1 :

1 . Start - > Run

2. type "cmd" and hit OK. ( go to the command prompt

3. type in "cd c:\windows\assembly" (navigate to the Assembly directory)

4.type in "attrib -h -r -s desktop.ini" (change the attributes of desktop.ini file for Assembly folder)

5. type in "ren desktop.ini desktop.bak" (rename the ini file to bak file)

Bravo ! you are done.
Now to revert the changes, follow the line of steps in the order 1, 2, 3, 5, 4. that is in this way,

1 . Start - > Run

2. type "cmd" and hit OK. ( go to the command prompt

3. type in "cd c:\windows\assembly" (navigate to the Assembly directory)

4. type in "ren desktop.bak desktop.ini"

5.type in "attrib -h -r -s desktop.ini"

Tan Ta Dan Ta Dan Taain , Presto !!. Now the above commands looked somewhat weird.
Here are they explained.

The Attrib.exe :

The " attrib.exe" is a tool that allows the user to change the properties of a specified file. Using attrib, the user has the capability of changing the file to have any of the below attributes.

Read-only - allowing the file to be only viewed and not written to.

Archived - allowing Microsoft backup and other backup programs to know what files to backup.

Hidden - making the file invisible to standard users.

System - making the file an important system file.

Switches and Usage of attrib command ::

- -> Sets an attribute

+ -> clears an attribute

r -> read only file attribute

a -> archieve file attribute

s -> system file attribute

h -> hidden file attribute ( this one is inetresting, when we hide some files)

OTHER WAY AROUND to accomplish the same task :

1..Go to Registry editor ( start->Run -> type in "Regedit")

2..Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fusion (on the left pane of the Registry editor expand to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fusion)

3..Create a New REG_DWORD named "DisableCacheViewer" and set the value to "1" (rightclick on the empty right pane, select new -> DWORD value)

Gotcha, go back and open the assembly, see the difference. to revert simply set the value of

"DisableCacheViewer' to "0" (zero).

Thats it.

Lets Discuss :

What are we really doin up there ??? (the first methoed)

Here assumin that we're experienced users, we navigated to the Assembly foder through the command prompt, and we disabled the hidden attribute( -h), system file attribute ( -s), read only file attribute (-r) for the desktop.ini file in the Assembly folder.

Afer this is done, we are renaming the Desktop.ini file to Desktop.bak file.

to be simple, Desktop.ini file stores the current folder view information and .bak file is a common backup file extension used in windows in relatoin to the .ini files.

I really cant talk about this performance here, its amazin acoustics.
I got this stuff roughly an year and a half back. I've been hearin the audio version of the Seether One cold Night and that was seriously great. Now when we have a video performing the same thing with the guys who did it, man its stupendous.
For the band, this is the first live recordin, first live acoustics, and they made it like anythin.
Of course we must have listened to seether's music, this concert(not a concert, we can take it a play) starts Gasoline, "WANNA GET SOME GASOLINEEE". That one was amazin.
All the grunge, Post grunge, rock songs that are dont by the band ever since they released before their latest Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces(2007) are made smooth.
Even though that man of Seether, that is the vocalist Shaun Morgan tries to shout at some notes, he controls it with a great tactic, he rises up, holds the same rhythm and comes down.
For instance when you take the track "Truth", you will find a lot. That was a real nice stuff.

To describe about the quality of the video, what you see in the picture below is the quality. that talks. Though the quality is poor, bein a Slim fan we do give up anythin for this guy, so lets trade off the quality this time guys.

Eminem Surprise Concert Live in Detroit 2002 / Eminem live in Detroit Surprise Concert Free download

Okay here i come with a Surprise Concert of Eminem.

This was a well chalked out concert for the managers and concert personnel , however for the fans this is stil a surprise concert.On November 8, when 8 Mile was released in the United States of America, as we all know there would have been much hype in Detroit.
The theatre that comes in the concert looks like a real theatre for screenin, and when the movie 8 mile winds up, when Em stats movin leavin back the Loose Yourself beats, the screen unfurls and the guy Eminem starts rapping, as cool as ever. This would have a true surprise for everyone, Although a surprise, some people looked like they already know the news, because when the time the officials brought in giant speakers and woofers for the concert, they were seen by many people, but still for most of them it is still a surprise concert.
This video features tons of Eminem intervies and people of the organising team to show how they set the stage and the cameras ase fixed. Since this video is a MTV release, a couple of songs might look like they are repeated. I tried to figure whether they are really repeated or not, by playing them parallelly in two players, but couldnot find.
The running time of the video is 48.51 minutes.
Rap name by Obie trice is also performed by him since it was released with the 8 mile soundtrack.
Finally the video ends with numerous footages of eminem , some childhood snaps and some narration in the background. Obviously this is awesome performance.
The cons about this video would be some of the performances are not real, i mean Em just acts with the mic as if he is rapin , but the background music plays the song entirely.

How do i open / extract a .001 file ? / How to open a file with extension .001, .002, .003 ?

hi, i will show you how to open up a file that comes with the extension .001, .002, .003, .004 and so on, am icluding this section in my blogroll since i've splitted the large files to files fo the format .001. This type of file is not basically any compressed version like like what a WinZip or a WinRAR does, rather this is just a split of what has been splitted.
Let me get this stratight. For instance, if you have a file Eminem_suprise_concert.avi (500MB), of course everyone knows this is a Audio Video Interleave(AVI) file. Since the online file hosting services have some limitations like the file size should be 50MB, 100MB, 200MB, 250MB or something (for free accounts on the filehosting sites like www.rapidhare.com/www.megaupload.com/www.mediafire.com), we need to split em so that it suffices the upload size of the hosting websites. this is the reason why we split of compress the files. Clear? Good, lets get goin,

Had the File Eminem_suprise_concert.avi was of size 50MB or 99MB, then i would have uploaded them without any splitting, since the size is more, i splitted them and you are here.

Fisrt you need to download this little, tiny, small (or whatever that is smaller than this) tool/application/software.
It's called HJSplit , from http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/ ,
Just download this application and extrat, this wont prompt you to install the software as its tiny and portable and simple. When you double click on the application it will open up like this. and as we wanna join the files we click on join.

Then we click on the Input file on the new window below
Then we go to the folder (or destination) where we have the files splitted in to .001, .002, .003 and so on. And i guess we need to have all the part files in the same location(of course you would have like that, dont cinfuse it with much if you dont understand).
And its enough that you select the .001 file alone, in this case its test.mp3.001 . understand ?
Then you need to specify the output folder, once we have selected the files i.e., input and the output files, we click on start like below
Once the process is done you will get a message
Thats all, you are all set. Now the test.mp3 is ready to be played. Similarly you can use it for splitting the files as well.

One more time, HJSplit can be downloaded from http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/ .

hi, Here are the conventions that are used by the Windows operating system. you can either use these conventions to get into the target folder by typin them in the Run dialog box, or in the command prompt or on the adress bar of the Windows Internet explorer or on the address bar of the Windows explorer..

For newbies, you can use these conventions along with the specified target folder.
for instacee here i presume that you have installed the Windows operating system on the local disk C. now to go this particular folder

C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\09\01\Intel32,

you can just replace the first three elements of the path by this.

so folks who have a very low spave space in their hard disk and donot have enough money at that point of time to upgrade your hard disk can take this post to get rid of that annoyin low disk space pop ups in Windows XP.
I've been gettin this message ever since i bought the computer years back. I always burn them to a disc and delete them, but as i was at a downloadin spree i could not find time even to burn them to a DVD, and this message kept poppin up.
Basically i had three partitions Local disk(C,D,E). Now everythin kept sayin Low disk space on Local disk C, very low disk space on Local disk D, Low disk space on Local disk E. now a couple of months before i upgraded my computer i got rid of this message with tweakin the followin registry key. now to remove that,

1---> click Start, select Run.

2---> type in "regedit" on the run dialog box, which would open the registry editor..

3--->you need to navigate to the location "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer" on the left pane by selectin the plus sign on the correspondin entries...

4--->Now select the entry explorer and then right click on the empty part, goto new and then select DWORD value.

5---> rename the Dword value to "NoLowDiscSpaceChecks".

6---> double click on the entry "NoLowDiscSpaceChecks" and set the value to "1".

thats it. log on the computer and log back in. or restart the computer.
magic done, you wont get that annoyin Low disk space pop up again..

Now as we are workin with the current use of the computer, the changes will reflect only in the particular user account that you have logged in . to reflect the changes permanent on every user account, you need to modify the registry key on each user account.
So these kind of filthy elements provided by microsoft to ensure rigidity causes us sometimes to even break the computer. seriosly i broke my computer table a little. but they give up on infections.
To know more, i dinot try the entry in the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System"... may ne someone can try this beforehand by creatin the "NoLowDiskSpaceChecks" and setting it to "1" in the LocalMachine and check whether the change is reflectin all the user accounts or not..

So similar to the previous post about the low disk space popups, this was another one that had been killin me. i tried every single step to take that off my computer, all in vain and finally there i found that there are numerous resources to fix this. and this post adds one more copy to the existing resources. Initially to remove this nero scout i would go right click on the nero scout on my computer and then select Disable nero scout(or options like that, i dont remember) and this nero scout would not go to hell. Completely out of my mind, i directly went to the registry and deleted al the entries that showed up "nero scout" and "neroscout". restarted the computer. still that goddam bullshit is there. then i tried workin on my nero to burn a data DVD, the application wont startup and it will give a bunch of error messages. of reinstallation fixed it and no way to remove that nero scout. while i was deleting the registry entries i did notice a file "MediaLibraryNSE.dll" pertainin to nero scout and i didnot think of uninstallting the dll that time. then after googlin i found that the uninstallion if the "MediaLibraryNSE.dll" fixes the problem and here am postin it. So thats the end of the story and to remove the nero scoupt outta your computer, follow the steps below..

1---> click Start, select Run.

2---> type "cmd" or "command" (preferably "cmd") on the Run dialog box.

3--->on the command prompt type in (in case of nero 7) "cd %commonprogramfiles%/\Ahead\Lib" without quotes or (in case of nero 8) "cd %CommonProgramFiles%\Nero\Lib"
without quotes.
this is probably migrating to the folder c:\program files\common files\ahead\lib with the most known "%commonprogramfiles" windows convention.

4--->now after the command prompt has changed to the above path type in "regsvr32 /u MediaLibraryNSE.dll" , and you should gt a message
"dllUnregister server in MediaLibraryNSE.dll is succeeded".

5--->Now close everythin as the way it is, open up a new "My computer" and you wont get that fuckin Nero SCout nomore.

in step 4, the regsvr32 is a command that is used to register or unregister the Dlls files that are either a part of windows or a part of any third party applications.
for more help or regsvr32, just type "regsvr32" in the command prompt and hit enter.

and in most of the forums you may find this solution,
On the run dialog box just type in "regsvr32 /u %commonprogramfiles%\ahead\lib\MediaLibraryNSE.dll" and hit enter and you should be gettin the same

hello, this post is related to the mkv files and the error that the haali media splitter gives you.also the conflict that occurs between the video codec packages.So i've been gettin this error message when i had the video files in a folder and the folder view seleted to thumbnails.or at times you may get this error message no matter what the folder view is. the message you get is actually this "Invalid first byte of EBML ID : OD" or "Unexpected EOF while reading EMBL container". this message is given by the "haali media splitter".

Now to summarize when you open the mkv files(some of the mkv files not all of them) or when you open up a folder which contains the mkv files , the Haali media splitter

2---->the latest version of vlc media player(or vlc media player 8 or above) plays any kind of mkv files. and if you have this klite codec pack installed despite the presence of Vlc and if you attempt to play a particular kinda mkv file(probably the one downloaded from azureus vuze) using the media player classic(that comes with k-lite codec pack) or on any other player except vlc you will get this error message.

3--->you might not have installed the particular codec that is needed for the matroska file or the mkv file.

4--->or you might have installed the codec pack from the website

and of course you can just get along just with havin the cross platform and the most acclaimed vlc media player for playin these files. but then if you try to edit of slice or cut these files for modifyin the video content then obviously you will be beseiged by theses scenarious which am talkin about. obviously you cannot cut them with any kind of video editing tool. trust me, even the sony movie studio, says nope!!!! to these kind of mkv files.

and now after installing this haali media splitter you should ne able to play the mkv files, all the mkv files even the one that is downloaded through vuze can be played with any player that you use to play the video files.i tested playin them on vlc, bsplayer, jetaudio, win media player, media player classic, total video player.
also along with this playback you can use the video (that you had problems with previously) to edit any part of them. and any cutter of editor of the mkv files which didnot work before should work now.

The following post has some of the Blue Screen Error messages. Here i've posted some of the possible sources of the error code and possible resolutions. may be you can try 'em out.i found this extensive list as usual in the network highway.I stopped at a orange light, stayed for a while, put that thing in my Dicky and came home :)

This Stop error is one of the Shit that panics every computer user, am one of them. i had ma first Bluescreen in amidst 2004. later now at ma workplace this interesting thing is not our scope of support. So i just put it here.
This list of messages is a guide to individual messages and their possible causes and resolutions... Having a basic understanding of these error messages enables you to communicate with your technical support professional more effectively tooAgain this is an Extensive List.

Stop 0x0000001E or KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

The problems that cause Stop 0x1E messages share similarities with those that generate Stop 0xA errors in that they can be due to invalid memory and access violations. This default Windows XP error handler typically intercepts these problems if error-handling routines are not present in the code itself.

Possible Resolutions:

• Stop 0x1E messages typically occur after installing faulty drivers or system services, or they can indicate hardware problems, such as memory and IRQ conflicts. If a Stop message lists a driver by name, disable, remove, or roll it back to correct the problem. Stop 0x00000024 or NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM

The Stop 0x24 message indicates that a problem occurred within Ntfs.sys, the driver file that allows the system to read and write to NTFS file system drives. A similar Stop message, 0x23, exists for the file allocation table (FAT16 or FAT32) file systems.

Possible Resolutions:

• Malfunctioning SCSI and Advanced Technology Attachment (ATA) hardware or drivers can also adversely affect the system's ability to read and write to disk, causing errors. If using SCSI hard disks, check for cabling and termination problems between the SCSI controller and the disks. Periodically check Event Viewer for error messages related to SCSI or FASTFAT in the System log or Autochk in the Application log.

• Verify that the tools you use to continually monitor your system, such as virus scanners, backup programs, or disk defragmenters are compatible with Windows XP. Some disks and adapters come packaged with diagnostic software that you can use to run hardware tests.
To test hard disk or volume integrity

Method 1:

1. In the Run dialog box, in the Open box type:
cmd

2. Start the Chkdsk tool, which detects and attempts to resolve file system structural corruption. At the command prompt type:
chkdsk drive: /f

Method 2:

1. Double-click My Computer, and then select the hard disk you want to check.
2. On the File menu, click Properties.
3. Click the Tools tab.
4. In the Error-checking box, click Check Now.
5. In Check disk options, select the Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors check box. You can also select the Automatically fix file system errors check box.

If the volume you are checking is in use, a message asks whether you want to delay disk error checking until the next time you restart your computer. After you restart, disk error checking runs and the volume chosen is not available to run other tasks during this process. If you cannot restart the computer due to the error, use safe mode or Recovery Console.

If you are not using the NTFS file system, and the system partition is formatted with the file allocation table (FAT16 or FAT32) file system, long file name (LFN) information can be lost if hard disk tools are started from an MS-DOS command prompt. A command prompt appears when using a startup floppy disk or when using the command prompt startup option on multiple boot systems that use FAT16 or FAT32 partitions with Microsoft® Windows® 95 OEM Service Release 2 (OSR2), Microsoft® Windows® 98, or Microsoft® Windows® Millennium Edition (Me) installed. • Nonpaged pool memory might be depleted, which can cause the system to stop. You can resolve this situation by adding more RAM, which increases the quantity of nonpaged pool memory available to the kernel.

Stop 0x0000002E or DATA_BUS_ERROR

The Stop 0x2E message indicates a system memory parity error. The cause is typically failed or defective RAM (including motherboard, Level 2 cache, or video memory), incompatible or mismatched memory hardware, or when a device driver attempts to access an address in the 0x8xxxxxxx range that does not exist (does not map to a physical address). A Stop 0x2E message can also indicate hard disk damage caused by viruses or other problems.

Possible Resolutions:

• Stop 0x2E is typically due to defective, malfunctioning, or failed memory hardware, such as memory modules, Level 2 (L2) SRAM cache, or video adapter RAM. If you added new hardware recently, remove and replace it to determine if it is causing or contributing to the problem. Run diagnostics software supplied by the system manufacturer to determine if the component has failed.

The Stop 0x3F message indicates one or more of the following problems:

• The system Page Table Entries (PTEs) are depleted or fragmented due to the system performing a large number of input/output (I/O) actions.

• A faulty device driver is not managing memory properly.

• An application, such as a backup program, is improperly allocating large amounts of kernel memory.

Possible Resolutions:

• Stop 0x3F messages can occur after installing faulty drivers or system services. If a file name is given, you need to disable, remove, or roll back that driver. Disable the service or application and confirm that this resolves the error. If so, contact the hardware manufacturer about a possible update. Using updated software is especially important for backup programs, multimedia applications, antivirus scanners, and CD mastering tools.

• The system might not actually be out of PTEs, but a contiguous memory block of sufficient size is not available to satisfy a driver or application request. Check for the availability of updated driver or application files and consult the hardware or program documentation for minimum system requirements.

• Another cause is excessive demands for system PTE by applications. This situation is more common in server environments. Windows XP Professional provides a registry entry, SystemPages, that you can use to increase the number of PTEs allocated.

o Do not edit the registry unless you have no alternative. The registry editor bypasses standard safeguards, allowing settings that can damage your system, or even require you to reinstall Windows. If you must edit the registry, back it up first...

1. In the Run dialog box, and in the Open box, type: regedit

Possible Resolutions:

• Stop 0x77 messages can be caused by bad sectors in the virtual memory paging file or a disk controller error. In extremely rare cases, depleted nonpaged pool resources can cause this error. If the first and third parameters are zero, the stack signature in the kernel stack is missing, which is an error typically caused by defective hardware. If the I/O status is 0xC0000185 and the paging file is on a SCSI disk, check for cabling and termination issues. For example, you might install Windows XP on an x86-based computer with the firmware ACPI enable option enabled and later decide to disable it. This error can also result when mismatched single and multi-processor configuration files are copied to the system.

Possible Resolutions:

• A Stop 0x79 message occurs when the system is using out-of-date Ntoskrnl.exe or Hal.dll files. This can occur after manual repairs that involve copying incorrect files to the system. This error also occurs when using mismatched files, such as copying a multiprocessor HAL on to a system using a single-processor kernel (or vice versa). Because systems that use the ACPI HAL ignore IRQ assignments stored in firmware, you can only manually change IRQ settings for non-ACPI (Standard PC HAL) systems. Some x86-based provide the option to toggle ACPI functionality. To disable or re-enable ACPI, you must change firmware settings and reinstall Windows XP. Because of the numerous registry and system file changes required, you must run Setup again (an upgrade installation does not work).

Stop 0x0000007A or KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

The Stop 0x7A message indicates that a page of kernel data was not found in the paging (virtual memory) file and could not be read into memory. This might be due to incompatible disk or controller drivers, firmware, or hardware.

Frequently, the cause of this error can be determined from the second parameter, the I/O status code. Some common status codes are:

This Stop message indicates driver, system file, or disk corruption problems (such as a damaged paging file). Faulty memory hardware can also cause this Stop message to appear.

Possible Resolutions:

• You can use Driver Rollback or System Restore from safe mode, to restore a previous driver. You can also use Windows XP Professional recovery features such as the Last Known Good Configuration startup option, Backup, or Automated System Recovery to restore a previous working configuration. After restoring from backup media, you might need to reapply service packs or hotfixes, depending on when the backups were made.

• If the Stop message names the specific file, try replacing it manually with a fresh copy from the Windows XP Professional operating system CD using safe mode or Recovery Console. British pound has the highest value as it is equivalent to 83rs approx.
as i was scoutin through the list , i was searchin for the value which wil start at 1.somethin ( equivalent to 1 INR) , hopin that i wil have a country where the price of the INR is valued more than their currency.
But all ended up in shame , shame , puppy shame lol. i found none. abashed :(
then looked up SriLanka for the list . Gotcha i found it .

hi y'all... this s ma first blog in Blogger .

i've been on internet roughly for the past 5 years. now i've an own lease line for ma home computer.. see am tired of my PC's perfomance (though i've a intel P4 3 Ghz and 1 Gb ram)..

as i've been scoutin for RAM boosters and Net speeders, i went to download.com searched it and at last am done with some three to four packages of PC and Net Speeders..with a high willingness and curiosity to improve ma computers speed...with some of the first two softwares i wasn able to feel the difference..later i installed a suite which speeds up the internet connection as well as the RAM and it claimed that the s/w helps us to get an uninterrupted connection fram ur ISP through a unique pinging system (when the ISP has closed its connection).. Thats all on seeing this am totally obcessed..

finished installin , configured the settings for the s/w..itt Prompted me to restart !

Everythin was okay till i was unable figure out that am in hell..

the system stopped loading its startup items after the welcome screen..

it said that configuration settings missing , openin default config settings...bla bla.. but finally the machine restarted.. it took nearly half an hour for the system to get restarted by itself..

I tried repairing the Current XP installation so many times.. finally i lost all ma data and reinstalled a new XP..

again i couldn figure out the problem... i didn diagonose that the specific speeding s/w installation has plagued the system.. i kapt on installin al the necessary drivers ,utilities , also this net speeder. again i restarted.. then i was struck with the same heck !!

i dared reinstalling a new XP when i again ended up in vain repairing the current XP installation.

But this time after getting my new XP(for the III time) i dared to diagonise the Bug.

As i restarted the syatem after installin every utility, i got locked out with the same F***in Problem when i installed this net speeder package ! it is so hard to uninstall the software , since i speculated that the s/w might be a malicious program..

Frustrated !

Reinstalled a new XP then and now am here to say you , PLEASE DONOT PREFER ANY SPEEDER OR RAM BOOSTER.... the comments and reviews contained some thing like "ont install this s/w, it is a trojan " ," CNET must prevent these kinda s/ws"... but i never gave a damn for those reviews...

So, please read the comments to when yo go for a new s/w.

Finally i just wanna say that our system performs Well and good in its own stand !

even ma friends told me later.. "ay dude , Yo too With the same Heck?"
